the get_maintainer_data_svn needs to be rewritten to use
http://git.gnome.org/repositories.doap (maintainer uids)
further, it also parses damned-lies, it should use cgit for that.

More difficult part is that it stores the passwords on the server.
Currently still at svn.gnome.org. Maybe should be moved to
git.gnome.org, or perhaps an entirely separate vm.
