Have you _uploaded_ the tiles? I got the same problem until I found out that they are not automatically uploaded. There is a script upload.pl

I also don't seem to be able to see the results of my build on the map though, my username is mcknut and I've been doing Liverpool if that helps to check (2014,1327 appears to have missing data for instance, there should now be two parks tagged up).
