Summary: MrSID on non-windows platforms

Initial Comment:
The MrSID plugin needs to be customized a bit for linux and other non-windows 
systems.  Currently, you have to rename the lizardtech utilities to their 
windows equivalent .exe names in order for the plugin to work.
