Hi Sunburned, When viewing MrSID in SkyJUMP without any vector layers, you will need to choose Zoom to Layer from the layer context (right-click) menu. I think the same applies for JPEG layers. Depending on what kind of raster image you are trying to view, OpenJump should work too since it has the JUMP 1.2 imaging already integrated.
