Sorry about that.  Messages over 200K or so in size have to be approved by me,
but I assume this message was up for approval because it was from an 
unsubscribed
sender ... I didn't notice the reason was size.

If it's any consolation, I have been able to screen out a great deal of spam
directed to gdal-dev in recent weeks.
