Problem umounting loopback filesystem...

Hi to all!
I used the patches on this bugs http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99682 
and now i can reboot or shut down the livecd session...
The only problem, is that it try to umount loopback filesystem 3 times, always 
with an error, and then moves on..
Any idea?
