[osol-help] luupgrade crashes machine

Hi

I am wondering if anybody have this issue. My luupgrade will crash my machine. 
This has been happening since snv_b117. I just tried it with snv_b119 and it 
still crashes the box. After it crashes, it boots up and lustatus is showing 
"UPDATING" under copy status. 

This box ( Dell precision 390) is running ZFS root. I was able to live upgrade 
from b90-b101, b101-b104, b104-b105, b105-b109,b109-b112, b112-b116 without any 
problems. 

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? There is no output from luugrade's 
error log or output log file.
