RFS: iulib (6th attempt)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "iulib".

It builds these binary packages:
libiulib   - a library of image understanding-related algorithms
libiulib-dev - a library of image understanding-related algorithms --
development files

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 508143

The package can be found on mentors.debian.net:
