some help...: msg#00210gcc.help
>From http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Service.html#Service I received this link. All the documentation is a bit overwhelming. I've been looking for the "big" picture one step above the technical details that tell you how to install and use a particular sdk with gcc. I'm interested in using gcc with the Palm OS system and the hc11/12 microprocessors (hc08 would be great as well). I've been using front end demo systems like code warrior but am ready to move on. I've found tutorials that tell you how to set up cygwin and the sdk's - but looking at all the files and programs that are in the cygwin\bin - I'm trying to find the overview of these programs and a little more description. I imagine I shouldn't ask for too much since this is freeware - but maybe its out there and I'm just not finding it. Any suggestions...? thanks for any responses, Chris |
