move phase)
Winter 1907 Adjustments Saturday, February 12th, 22.00
Spring 1908 Moves Monday February 14th, 22.00

Given that the retreat deadline is a Friday night I will adjudicate early if 
Germany submits a retreat marked final that I find. Otherwise the adjudication 
may not be until Saturday morning. However, I feel that the retreat is not 
decisive for any of your builds and will hold you to the Saturday deadline even 
if the retreat is a bit late.
