Given Barry's public rants about more or less dropping
out and given that he has remained active in a game
where I am the GM (I recieved mail from him Sunday)
might I suggest (only  a suggesiton) that his 
intentions be clarified and if there is no response
either replace him or put his country into Civil
Disorder.  *Especially* if he was also the one with
the
late retreat.
