Nortel 5399

Has anybody gotten the 5399 from Nortel to work with Freeradius? The version of 
software os is 18.0.2 which is the latest and last version forthe 5399. 
According to the archives this is the version that I need tobe at. I am getting 
Error: Received packet from XX.XX.XX.XX with invalid Message-Authenticator! I 
have the latest dictionary that has Annex attributes. Any suggestions would be 
greatly apreciated.
