I believe it's more constructive to interpret the message as saying, perhaps, that the person doesn't want to receive emails from this list. Without mentioning that this list is opt-IN, we can just retire the issue (hopefully) by giving some direction: If you ever want to unsubscribe or change your options, you can send a message to Freeradius-Users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word `help' in the subject or body (don't include the quotes), and you will get back a message with instructions.
