[OT] Select active display page and TC's CONIO

Hi,

I don't seem to find a function in conIO (TC3 compiler) to select active 
display page, so I do this in assembler (int 10h, 5h and Fh to set and 
get), but the conIO functions gets, puts, etc still work in old display 
page, I have also tried cgets and cputs from conIO, and changing the 
directvideo variable, but none of them worked.
How can I make conIO notice that I have changed the active display page?
