[PATCH] --disable-build-docs broken

Hi,
the "--disable-build-docs" configure switch doesn't work in libxcb.

Here's two patches which fix it.

1.) I needed to evaluate $enableval instead of $disable_build_docs.
    Maybe the latter is a recent addition to autoconf, but it didn't
    work with autoconf 2.61.

2.) Should be obvious ;)
