[PATCH] Avoid race condition when using multiple make jobs: msg#00190

Subject: [PATCH] Avoid race condition when using multiple make jobs
While trying to refresh the installed copy of libxcb and libX11 installed on
my test box (I've worked with an older snapshot yesterday as I was in a
hurry), I've encountered once again failures because of "File already
existing".. as this time I wasn't in a hurry at all, I've looked at it to see
what was causing it, and fixed it.
The attached patch changes the Makefile.am so that it's safe to use even with
an high jobs count (-j5 is what I'm using there).

HTH,
