Subject:	RandR and GLX committed.

Jeremy Kolb's RandR and GLX descriptions have been committed to
xcb-proto, and I added the necessary support to the xcb-proto and xcb
Makefile.am to use the new descriptions. I also committed xcbrandr to
xcb-demos, and added it to the Makefile.am there.
