Subject: [patch] annotations

Hi,

This patch adds annotations to the introspection DTD and changes the
glib bindings to use them. I also fixed a number of existing bugs in
the DTD format, and changed the test service XML to validate against it.
Tested with:

xmllint --valid --dtdvalid doc/introspect.dtd test/glib/test-service-glib.xml
