[PATCH] Fix for make check with out-of-source-tree builds: msg#00018

Subject:	[PATCH] Fix for make check with out-of-source-tree builds

Hi,

If you do 'make clean' in a build directory outside the source
directory, the clean rule in the test subdirectory will remove files
generated by configure.  The attached patch adds a rule to recreate
those files using config.status.
