Maybe overhaul, but I don't support "outright distruction of of the copyright & patent systems" . We can't ignore the strong economic and moral reasons for copyright and patent protection. What we do fight for, in my opinion, is restoring reasonable balance - of which state sanctioned DRM, among other things, is not a part...
