wait.diff for review: msg#00023

Subject:	wait.diff for review

While looking though <sys/wait.h>, I noticed waitpid() was missing the
new WCONTINUED option.  Attached is a patch which implements it.  I'd
appreciate reviews as I'm not much of a kernel hacker.
