Oh. Sorry. Yes and No.

sbit-only-dfont produces a 'glyf'-less font if you set the AppleMode bit
in the options dlg.

That bug was supposed to be fixed in the current release, but I see it
is still there. Damn.

No.

I don't have time to fix this now. I'll look at it tomorrow. In the
meantime stick with OpenType Bitmaps.
