Promote DGC s Locally

Hello Everyone,

I'm attempting to start a local discussion group in Seattle to promote
and discuss DGCs.

I would recommend everyone who can do the same.

Why would I want to limit myself to online transactions. 
Partially online, POS transactions (we'll meet at a cyber cafe or over the
phone) are possible and should be capitalized on.

Comments or suggestions?
