If I understand this right, then he is simply using the old angled mirrors trick, albeit at nano-scale and with lots of nifty linggo. In my days we called it a wall with four mirrors on either side ;o) Now shrink it... then multiply it on a large scale... then nail it to a tank. Of course, the enemy will simply use infrared and bust you anyway. On second thought, for the conspiralists among us, we now finally know what happened to all the gold reserves of central banks.
