I'm suspicious.

So a photon hits you in the belly at a specific angle, swings around
your body through the cloak, and is emitted from your back side at the
same angle?

Wow.  How does it know?

It must be setting up a quantum wave in the cloak that wraps around and
then goes "boink!" out the back.  :)

Naturally because of superimposition there is no problem setting up
multiple waves boinking multiple photons through at different angles.

I'm still suspicious.
