Can't get into my account

Can't access my e-gold account.  Apparently it has  an 'old' email
address and try to send me a 'pin' , but I NEVER get it, of course,
since the email is dead and gone.

I have requested via there 'contacft us' five times about this and
received nothing to date.

Can someone suggest how I can get acces to my account via e-gold?
