ummm we do not pretend to be anything we are not. It is just what we
say it is.

Phoenix Dollar is owned by a Panamanian legal corporation, customer
support is managed by me and is a legal Arizona corporation under contract
with the Panama entity. The servers sit in Hong Kong. The silver resides in the
USA where we feel it to be safe.

What good would come of raiding us? That would be stupid.

We do not allow crime into our system and actively work to make sure
that does not happen. We already comply with the
laws they want e-gold to comply with that don't yet exist for
companies like ours.

Silver is unregulated and digital currency issuers are unregulated,
yet we are regulated because we choose to do so because it makes good
common sense. The feds have outlines a plan of action to help
companies stop fraud in their systems and we have integrated that as
one of our security measures. I find that to be a positive thing.

We have a AML policy a federal MSB registration and we perform client
verifications, etc.

If the feds raided us we would be in court right
now fighting tooth and nail to protect our client data because it is
not right to ask for broad data on specious grounds.

The only thing they can say about us is that by some stretch of
someone's imagination is that we could possibly actually be a better
implementation of a currency than US Dollars are. Now while that may
be true or not true depending on how you see things, we are just a
little drop in the water of a big ocean. In fact there is not even
enough silver on the ground to begin to compete with the USD currency
as it now stands.

180mm in silver is enough to make the market go all funny. That is small
time stuff compared to the fed.

Do you really think we can destabilize the US Dollar? Fat frigging
chance. They are doing that perfectly already without any help from
e-gold. E-gold is in no position to destabilize the USD. They don't
even have a single mainstream business accepting them yet. Get serious
people...
