Dear Lucien,
I am indeed on easter holidays and was unable to answer you as soon as you
would have liked, and although I am sorry about the delay, Easter being
public holidays and having also sent you an email before stating that, I do
not think that you should find this surprising.
I have answered you elsewhere - your wire is coming, from a different
account this time, because it could not get through.
What you forgot to mention was that we have made 4-5 transactions for you in
the past without problems and also that you have asked us to provide a
transfer from a personal account, which is not something we usually do and
which means more work for us.
Please also remember, that due to Easter holidays Latvian banks don't work
until Tuesday, so the wire would not go as far as you might expect.
In any case, I wish you and everybody else on the list a happy Easter!
Best Regards,
Julie Donska

Domain name - Trademark issues!
Hello everyone!
Am sure it musbe a relief to see a posting by me about something other
than my e-Gold accounts, DDU, and stuff! :)
Anyways, theres this issue on trademarks and domains, that I am a bit
confused about and could do with some clarification!
Basically, its like this: Can I fight a trademark registrant over a
particular trademark, if I can prove that I was using that same
trademarked name for a very similar business, prior to him? Would that
qualify to be 'un-registered trademark'? Something like that?
Robert - Divin told me you might have some info on this. So, would be
obliged if you could enlighten me on the same!
Thanks!
Ajay

Re: Bogus = junk -- deal with it.

Am not making EXCUSES! Am putting across a point, that should have sunk
in, long back, but it just isnt! Also, I was hoping you would use softer
words on me, than BOGUS and BOGOSITY! But, JRM, alias 'evil-moderator' of
e-Gold moderator probably considers any sort of 'acceptance' as totally
unacceptable!
> Rules DO apply. They especially apply to _YOU_ if you think they
I never disagreed! AND, I never said I thought they dunt apply to me!

Do you really care about anything, that relates to anyone else? I doubt
it! Maybe its e-Golds leading position in the DGC industry that leads to
such kind of contemptuous behaviour to customers?
Obviously 'customer is always right' doesnt hold good here, but atleast
'customer is sometimes right' should!

You dunt get it! I openly admit I made a mistake! And that I am going to
do as per what the e-Gold DDU suggest and proceed with whatever you
required! But you on the other hand, just keep bringing back the same
thing again and again!
BOGUS =! JUNK
I put JUNK info, broke the agreement. I got the value limit. Fine!
Accepted!
But it really isnt necessary to repeatedly keep using BOGUS/BOGOSITY, when
I have brought to your KIND (that really dusnt seem to exist around around
here. maybe you should check what that means, coz am sure it aint in your
dictionary! hehe) attention that BOGUS and JUNK are 2 different things!
Or like Gordon mentioned: Is it this?
------------------------------------------
Not to mention that netpay is more or less a competitor of theirs. It
is in their best interest to make Ajay look like a bad person indeed.
------------------------------------------
And yeah, knowing you, you are probably gonna go, 'I dunt care what you or
anyone else thinks, etc etc!'. It definitely isnt without reason that you
were termed 'evil-moderator'! They should have probably included the
following adjectives too: contemptuous, scornful, indifferent, stubborn,
apathetic and many more similar ones! lol :)
No offence, JMR, but you really really are not much of PR guy! Atleast I
think that way! Not that you need to be, but I feel it could help!
BTW, does e-Gold have anything of that sort? PR?

PS: I dunt know if anyone else finds any humour in this, but, I am really
beginning to think of this as a big joke, gone wrong!
(I can imagine what JMR would say - We dunt take our TOS, as a joke! lol)

Feedback about GOLD-CASH.BIZ from a VERY unhappy "old client"
Good morning,
I am what can be called "an old client" of Gold-cash, and so thought -
what a mistake - that I could get a good Service from them.
Last Thursday, I sent $2,500 e-gold to Gold-Cash, to receive a bank
transfer. Julie emailed me on Friday (one week ago) "The wire has been
sent".
It takes usually 3 business days to reach the destination, so the wire
should have arrived Wednesday, or at least Thursday (yesterday).
On Wednesday I emailed Julie, asking if the problems of the website (the
website disappeared 4 days from the internet, the admin "forgot" to renew
the domain name registration ...!!) could delay the wire. The reply was "I
will check with my bank, BUT AS WE ARE GOING TO EASTER HOLIDAYS, I WILL
NOT REPLY TO YOU QUICKLY" !
Happy that these people go on holidays, maybe with my gold ... ?
NO other new since this mail. The wire didn't arrive, I even tried to call
Miss Julie on the phone number that is on this website, this is a mobile
phone in Latvia, and it is (of course !) always OFFline ! A good way to
not have to listen the unhappy clients.
Now Friday evening, NO WIRE ON THE RECEIVER'S ACCOUNT. Miss Julie is
probably on Easter vacation, all is right !
Miss Julie, if during your Easter holidays you have the time to read this
message, I just ask you to send the gold back to my account. NO wire has
arrived, my bank has checked. It very probably means that NO wire has been
SENT.
That is why I am waiting the gold back. I am going to ask a Latvian lawyer
to fill a complaint against your company if the case isn't solved BEFORE
NEXT WEDNESDAY.
I just add that a few people complaint on the gold-atm.biz forum, and that
the messages are quickly removed... Here at least, it won't be so!
Lucien

I assume that, as banks are closed since Friday, you knew this on
Thursday. If you would have informed me (as you promised to do), I would
have been able to understand!

And a higher fee, that compensates the mor work. But this is normal! The
point is that you sent the wire on last Friday (10 days ago), as you told
me. Wednesday I asked you as I fell there was a problem, and... and
nothing but "holidays", despite that you KNEW that your account had an
internet limit.
About the passed transactions, I just told here that I was an "old
client", people are IMO clever enough to understand that I was happy of
your service if I continued to try to work with you.
> Please also remember, that due to Easter holidays Latvian banks don't work

I am also able to understand this, but I expect that the wire has ALREADY
left Latvia, since you know there was a problem....
Anyway the problem is, once more, that it seems too hard for some people
to just send an email to IN-FORM their clients.
In any case, I wish you and everybody else on the list a happy Easter!
Lucien
