Although the sleepycat.com site no longer distributes db3 source code, it's still widely available in various distributions. SFS should fail to configure with --with-db3 if Berkeley DB 3.x is not on your machine. configure looks for the db3.h header file among other things. If this is not the case, please let us know. I'm not sure about Chord though... Making our SFS code work with db4 shouldn't be too difficult; the db calls are fairly localized in the code. I'll give it a try. -------- Kevin E.
