Add the repo for pptp-linux:

|# rpm -Uvh 
http://pptpclient.sourceforge.net/yum/stable/fc6/pptp-release-current.noarch.rpm
# yum --enablerepo=pptp-stable install pptpconfig

This package exists in Debian branch but not in RH/Fedora branch
