RPM build

Hello,
I'm trying to make courier pop3 server. So i need to compile. But every compile 
ends with error:

shell-init: error while reading current folder: getcwd: can't reach parent 
folders: File or folder don't exists
error: Could not open 
/home/compileuser/rpm/RPMS/i586/courier-imap-4.5.1-1.11.i586.rpm: Permission 
denied
RPM build errors:
    Could not open 
/home/compileuser/rpm/RPMS/i586/courier-imap-4.5.1-1.11.i586.rpm: Permission 
denied
