Assez familier avec le mouvement CC (je connais Larry Lessig
personnellement), je suis un peu surpris par la remarque de Fabian
Rodriguez sur le "flou" des CC.
Ce qui manque à CC, ce n'est pas une définition de licence libre; c'est
une Fondation suffisamment bien nantie financièrement pour protéger les
licences CC en place.
Pour le cas du Canada, l'autorité à contacter est mon collègue, le Prof.
Michael Geist, à l'Université d'Ottawa.
