that is a new atr. if you compiled opensc yourself you can edit
card-tcos.c and add a line with that atr. if you use a binary,
you can edit the config file and assign that atr to the tcos driver.

because it is a new atr, the code does not find any driver that
can be usd with it.

if it is a tcos card, the tcos driver should be able to handle it
(unless the card is incompatble with the tcos cards we know
(i.e. too old or too new)). all you need to do is assign the atr.

please let us know if you try, if it works we will add the atr
to our code.

not sure. but if it is a memory card, then it doesn't have an atr.

in theory openct should be able to handle memory card as well,
in practice noone uses it for that and it is completely untested.
