this is the service pack, the 2048 bit rsa package seems to be missing

support for 2048 bit keys is not supported in a vanilla
cardos m4.2 => you need an additional software package in order
to do 2048 bit rsa operations.
These additional packages are normally loaded during card
initialization (in your case I guess some tool from Aladdin
should do this).
