opensc 0.9.6rc1

Hi, 

a new release candidate 0.9.6rc1 is available at 
http://www.opensc.org/files/testing/

solaris/ files weren't added yet, and I haven't tested
it at all so far, so this is most likely not the final
release candidate. but it shows what has been changed
in the meantime.
