Using OpenCT via PC/SC Lite

Hello,

I'm not sure if my problem is bug or are not all features implemented
yet.

I'm using Debian unstable and Openct 0.6.2-2 package with my usb card
reader Gem plus and Starcos card. With PCSCD works all function fine,
initialisation, store pin, create private key etc. However when I use
openct then is possible do initialisation card structure, store pin
only. Not create private key.
