openct frozen, release candidate 0.6.4rc1 available

Hi,

I hereby declare openct frozen. Send every patch to the mailing
list first, don't commit anything right now. Also I would prefer
if we could add bug fixes only till we have a final release.

The release candidate is available at

Please if you test some reader and it works, please add a line here

If it doesn't work, please increase debugging to 5 or so,
and post a full bug report here, maybe even open a ticket at
        http://www.opensc.org/openct/newticket
