For now isn't possible, if my director authorize me in the next day I try the 
snapshot on a new server.

For now I don't create nothing (if the problem is already solved it's unuseful 
I create a ticket), if (and when) I can try the new server with the snapshot, 
if there is the same problem, I create the new ticket.
