where to buy the cards

Hi,

Does anyone know where to buy the smartcards supported by opensc init?

http://www.opensc.org/features.php lists the following cards supporting 
PKCS#15 initialization:
    *  CryptoFlex 8K, 16K
    * GPK 4K, 8K, 16K
    * CardOS M4.00, M4.01a
    * Starcos SPK 2.3
    * JCOP 31bio
    * MioCOS 1.1

At least Cryptoflex and JCOP card seem to have only newer models being 
sold and none of them worked.
