eToken SC_ERROR_SECURITY_STATUS_NOT_SATISFIED

Hy,

I have a problem with the eToken. I obtain every time the error 
SC_ERROR_SECURITY_STATUS_NOT_SATISFIED after I entered a bad Security 
Officier Pin code when I create a user pin code using pkcs15-init. After 
that I need to erase and recreate the pkcs15 structure.
Somebody have an idee?
