Remove the no longer needed -m option, ignore -r for compatibility
with rc.
Rename -B to --endianess, -d to --debug, -W to --pedantic.
Add a new -U,--undefine option to undefined preprocessor symbols.
Cleanup the help message (order the long options alphabetically).
