Bug detailed description:

2 cases failed in 32bit KVM guest: ioperm02 and fchown04
4 cases failed in 64bit KVM guest: ioperm02, fchown04, gettimeofday02 and gf18
Only gf18 also failed in the native env. The other three can pass in the native
environment.
