Bug detailed description:

can not boot IA32e RHEL 4u3 guest with  -no-acpi. if removed –no-acpi, the 
guest works well.



Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. install kvm on a IA32e host
2. install a 64 bits rhel 4u3 guest from 
3. boot it with -no-apic
