Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
If I create 4 guests at the same time, or create one guest for many times, the 
creation may fail. 
The guest console prints:

.. MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC

Kernel panic - not syncing: IO-APIC + timer doesn't work! Try using the 
'noapic' kernel parameter
