Multiple guest question: msg#00218 emulators.kvm.devel

I have installed two WinXP pro guests on kvm8+FC5+VT machine and experienced serious task scheduling problem (guest stop and go) when two guests are running at the same time. Is it known issue or I did some thing wrong during the installation?
