I'm not going to bother getting into this discussion as its all 
really rather pointless but I have a couple of things:

1 - What is a PC Server S/390 Preconfigured System for OS/390? Is it 
PWD or AD/CD? I presume its only for a P/390 or R/390 system?

2 - Copyright laws. Interesting article in last months ACM 
Communications primarily regarding copyright in regards to 
webcaching (particularly where Google is concerned.) Interesting 
reading.

3 - Reverse engineering. Legal or not? Apparently so in some places. 
Read this months ACM Communications for an article arguing that it 
should be allowed.
