As for the public source of the SIE implementation, have you looked at the
comments in the Hercules source code? And while your looking at it, I found the
format 1 and 2 SIE blocks, where is this z/SIE block, in Hercules, that you and
Elmo have been fussing about?

As for "open source" only referring to the code, acutally that _IS_ my
understanding based on the Open Source Definition on www.opensource.org

Hercules is supposedly an open source project.

I'm just asking that it be open with its sources.

Surely any other behaviour is hypocritical?
