I suspect you're correct - this is after all the guy who (from his 
vast knowledge of IBMs doings) told me to expect IBM to issue 
a 'cease and desist' against Hercules by mid-February.

Guess he forgot to say *which* February :-)

He clearly has *no conception* of the effects such an action would 
have on IBMs standing with the open-source community.
