Sorry, I'm a bit behind on my email, but that had to be said... As long as I'm writing a post...it's quite obvious from reading the posts over the past few days that Peter is on a 'fishing expedition' looking for something to use against Hercules. Is Hercules really that much of a threat to him? I'm still not sure what Phil Payne's motivation is, it just seems that he's been offended or hurt by something or someone related to Hercules and he feels obliged to 'pee in pool' as retribution. My advice to both of them, direct your energy elsewhere, this FUD attack is not helping your reputations. Based on where some of the posts have come from, I'm confident that Hercules is on the radar screen for IBM, especially after the hobbyist license requirement from WAVV. If they want to do anything to, or for, Hercules, they will, and it will be their decision. I seriously doubt anything you say here, or else where, will have any impact, unless you hire a lawyer and take IBM to court somehow.
