I've gotten other complaints about this. The best suggestion I can make is to go to Yahoo!'s help system, follow the link to "How do I unsubscribe?", then click on the No button. You'll be taken to a form that allows you to send mail to Yahoo! technical support. Ask them why you're still getting mail eeven though you're not subscribed. |
